Job summary
00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide routine medical care and personal support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or vocational settings. You will administer medications, monitor health, and participate in person-centered plans under clinical supervision.
Our ideal candidate holds a valid LPN license, is comfortable with lifting requirements, and can work flexibly.
Qualifications
- Education: graduate from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered nursing license.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and CPR after certification.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- Flexible scheduling options available.
- Ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
Responsibilities
- Administers prescribed medications to individuals.
- Performs nursing assessments and contributes to person-centered plans.
- Participates as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Provides healthcare and personal care to persons with disabilities.
- Supports RN and other staff in delivering quality nursing services.
