Job summary

Novaris Search is seeking an Operations/Growth Manager in the Southeast US to support operational performance and expansion of services for individuals with IDD. You will oversee daily operations across programs, develop referral relationships, and drive census growth while maintaining high-quality, person-centered services.

You will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams; monitor staffing, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance; travel throughout the Southeast

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business development, program management, or community relations.
• Background in IDD, behavioral health, healthcare, home care, or human services required.
• Understanding of IDD services, referral pathways, and state-funded programs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and support business decisions.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned programs or locations.
• Monitor staffing, service capacity, performance metrics, and operational goals.
• Support compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and team performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with case managers, state agencies, healthcare providers, families, and community partners.
• Develop new referral sources and support census, admissions, and market growth.
• Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community meetings.
• Support the launch of new programs, services, or locations.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, referrals, growth activity, and key metrics.
