Job summary

Open Arms Care Corporation is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the 2nd shift in Nashville, TN. This full-time caregiver role requires promoting an environment of teamwork, supporting individuals with ID/DD, and documenting progress according to ISP and CMS requirements.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, CPR and PCM certifications within specified timelines, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training provided, with shifts including 2nd shift 4P-12A.
