Job summary

OneWell Health Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in a Pennsylvania setting. The DSP will assist individuals with IDD in daily living, health monitoring, and community participation, ensuring safety, dignity, and independence.

Training and collaboration with the Program Specialist team are provided. The role requires a high school diploma, caregiving experience, and clearances including FBI and MVR checks; First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving for individuals with IDD is desirable.
• FBI background check and Motor Vehicle Record check required.
• Authorization to work in the United States; First Aid & CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living and personal care.
• Promote independence and skill-building with clients.
• Support behavioral management per individual plans.
