Job summary

Life Help in Mississippi is a regional community mental health center dedicated to helping individuals in need. Our team pursues compassionate, evidence-based care and ongoing professional growth within a supportive work environment.

As part of the IDD program, you will assist with daily activities, help individuals increase independence, support meal and transportation needs, and coordinate community outings while maintaining dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class D Mississippi Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in implementing and coordinating the day to day activities of individuals in the IDD programs.
• Work directly with individuals in the Program to increase their abilities and independence.
• Assist with personal care needs of the individuals.
• Assist with meals and snacks.
• Assist with transportation needs of the individuals.
• Assist with community outing/Job explorations.
