Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with four years of IDD work experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of IDD work experience (2 years post-Bachelor's).
• 4 years of related IDD work experience (for Associate's degree).
• Valid PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructive and support activities for individuals.
• Administer assessments and evaluation instruments.
• Develop and implement individualized plans.
• Prepare monthly progress reports on a timely basis.
• Document in electronic health record according to compliance timelines.
