Job summary

Easterseals MORC is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to support individuals with IDD in behavioral health services. The role includes assessments, planning, and therapy, with collaboration across families, caregivers, and clinical teams.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work and active licensure (LPC/LMSW/LLPC/LLMSW) or equivalents. Prior group and individual counseling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, as applicable.
• Licensed or in process to obtain licensure (LPC, LMSW, LLMSW, LLPC, LLP).
• Experience preferred in counseling with IDD/behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations, including behavioral factors.
• Develop person-centered plans and measurable goals.
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy when needed.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams for referrals.
• Train caregivers on plans and strategies; monitor progress and outcomes.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
