Job summary

EP!C in Peoria, IL seeks a Mental Health Clinician to join our Behavioral Health Services team. You will provide behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment planning, therapy, community support and case management to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, interface with families and medical providers, conduct IM+CANS assessments, develop person-centered plans, and respond to crises

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related human service field is required.
• Clinical License (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT, etc) required.
• Completed 1,000 practicum/internship hours under supervision.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience under QMHP supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment planning, therapy, and case management.
• Deliver community support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Support wellness, recovery, and independence in home, community, or office settings.
• Collaborate with family, guardians, and medical providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
