Job summary

Illinois Foundation Seeds, Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead the Idaho Seed Facilities in Nampa and Melba. You will own end-to-end operations, oversee seed production, budgeting, and safety programs, and manage a team across both sites.

The role requires directing a seasonal workforce in peak periods, fostering a culture of accountability, and coordinating with growers, landlords, and corporate leadership to execute the production calendar.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual seed production calendar and milestones.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations at Nampa and Melba sites.
• Manage labor, shifts, and schedules for efficiency and quality.
• Oversee budget and cost/control improvements.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance programs.
