Qualifications

• 10+ years of civil engineering consulting, project management, or related field.
• Proven experience leading civil engineering teams in Idaho.
• Strong business development and client-relations track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts and secure major projects in Southern Idaho.
• Mentor and manage the Boise-based civil engineering team.
• Oversee project delivery, client relations, and staffing needs.
• Develop fee proposals and scopes of work for Idaho projects.
