Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant proven experience in semiconductor technologies.
• Significant experience with DRAM or NAND memory integration.
• Proven ability to handle complex experiments in a fab environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology integration activities for Advanced DRAM technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve yield issues.
• Design and manage experiments in the R&D fab.
• Analyze data to improve device performance and reliability.
• Develop creative solutions for technical problems.
• Partner with simulation groups to refine device components.

Skills

Semiconductor process integration

Data analysis using DOE or statistical techniques

Leadership of technical projects

Strong foundation in semiconductor device physics

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
