Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and computer literacy aligned with service delivery.
• Supervisory experience in human services or related field preferred.
• Ability to complete required trainings and maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of two programs.
• Ensure objectives, budgets, and regulatory compliance while performing direct support duties.
• Lead a team to promote inclusion and person-directed supports.
