Job summary

• Graduation from high school (or GED) with three years of full-time clerical or related work, or three years of education plus experience.
• Thirty semester hours equals one year of full-time experience.
• Current, continuous state executive branch service with six months as a Driver & Identification Service Center Associate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer questions via phones; conduct driving tests; issue licenses and IDs.
• Provide expert knowledge on license eligibility and identification requirements per REAL ID standards.
• Administer and score motorcycle, car, truck, passenger, and CDL pre-trip, skills, and road driving exams.
• Review state and federal records to determine issuance eligibility and maintain accurate records.
• Support teammates through training and knowledge sharing.
