Qualifications

• Knowledge of REAL ID and license issuance requirements.
• Ability to interpret regulations and state/federal records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact for customer questions via phones, drive tests, licenses and IDs.
• Provide expert knowledge of license eligibility and identification requirements.
• Administer and score motorcycle, car, truck, CDL examinations.
• Review state and federal records to determine eligibility.
• Support teammates through training and mentoring.
