Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, plus three years of clerical or related work.
• Alternatively, three years of education plus three years of full-time experience; 30 semester hours equals one year.
• Current, continuous state executive branch experience including six months as Driver & Identification Service Center Associate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for customer questions via answering phones, conducting driving tests, or issuing licenses and IDs.
• Provide expert knowledge of license eligibility and identification requirements based on REAL ID standards.
• Administer and score motorcycle, car, truck, passenger, and CDL exams.
• Review State and Federal records to determine issuance eligibility.
• Support teammates through knowledge sharing, training, mentoring.
