Maersk is seeking an ICX Customer Experience Manager for its Automotive & Industrial portfolio. You will lead client-facing teams across SCM, Ocean, and LCL, acting as a key business partner to protect revenue, defend relationships, and drive growth.

You will translate customer needs into measurable business value and collaborate across Commercial, Program Management, Operations, and GSC. You will shape solutions with urgency, ownership, and a freight-forwarding mindset while leveraging AI and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of management experience in logistics, supply chain, customer experience, or related operations.
At least 3 years of experience managing larger customer experience or operations teams.
Strong business acumen with ability to link outcomes to revenue protection, retention, growth, and efficiency.
Experience building business cases, leveraging data, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Freight-forwarding mindset with knowledge of logistics products and operations.
Ability to influence stakeholders across functions in a matrix organization.
Proven people leadership skills and succession planning.
