Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for an ICU travel assignment in Burlington, Massachusetts. This 13-week contract begins 11/23/2026 and offers a weekly pay range of $2,615 to $2,828 with guaranteed hours and 72 hours biweekly.

Shifts are 12 hours, rotating days and nights with a four-week rotation. The role involves delivering ICU-level care to high-acuity patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and floating to ED holds, PACU, and other units as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• ICU or critical care nursing experience; level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Certifications: BLS/ACLS required; NIHSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ICU-level nursing care for high-acuity patients with assessments, monitoring and timely interventions as ordered.
• Administer medications and therapies, manage hemodynamic support and ventilator care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team; float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed.
