Job summary

ND Global Consulting Services Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an ICU travel contract in Burlington, MA. The role features a 12-hour rotating day/night schedule (7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with 3 shifts weekly and a guaranteed 36 hours, plus every-other weekend coverage in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma setting.

Start dates are weekly on Mondays. Prior Level 1 trauma experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• ICU experience preferred.
• Experience in Level 1 trauma setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in a Level 1 trauma environment.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:4-6.
• Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU and other units for 4-hour blocks as needed.

Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the ICU at Burlington, Massachusetts. This travel contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This role requires a 12-hour rotating day/night shift schedule (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), alternating every 4 weeks between days and nights. You will work 3 shifts per week with guaranteed 36 hours weekly. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, with weekend days scheduled for Saturday and Sunday and weekend nights for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Your responsibilities will include providing critical care to patients in a Level 1 trauma environment, managing patient ratios of 1:4-6, and floating to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units for 4-hour blocks as needed. Start dates are available weekly on Mondays.
