Healthforce Healthcare LLC in Burlington, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week CVICU travel assignment. The role features 12-hour rotating days/nights, weekly pay, and guaranteed 72 hours biweekly, starting 11/23/2026.

Responsibilities include direct CVICU care, hemodynamics, ventilator management, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Requires MA RN license, BSN preferred, AC LS/BLS, and EPIC experience.

Formación

• Current MA RN license
• BSN preferred; ADN acceptable
• 2–3 years critical care with at least 2 years in CVICU/CTICU
• ACLS and BLS (AHA)
• EPIC experience; Level 1 trauma-capable unit
• Travel experience required; non-local assignment

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct patient care for adults in the CVICU, including post-cardiac surgery and high-acuity cardiothoracic patients.
• Monitor hemodynamics, manage ventilators, and administer medications per orders.
• Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, respiratory therapy, perfusion, and other team members.
• Perform and document assessments, plan care, respond to changes in condition, participate in rounds/handoffs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and adhere to safety standards.
• Provide family education and coordinate discharge planning.
