Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit. The role covers 24 hours weekly in a 12-hour day shift, delivering care to high-acuity patients with cardiac monitoring and related interventions.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and CT RN licensure; BSN is preferred. CPR/BLS certification is required, with 1–3 years ICU/Telemetry or step-down experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care for an assigned group of patients with continuous cardiac monitoring and various interventions.
• Use the nursing process to assess needs, plan care, implement and evaluate patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
