Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, part of Trinity Health Of New England, seeks an Intermediate Care Unit RN for a part-time, 24-hour week with day shifts. The RN will provide direct patient care to high-acuity medical and surgical patients and coordinate nursing care per established standards.

Requirements include CT RN licensure, BSN preferred, and CPR/BLS certification. ICU/CCU and telemetry experience are highly valued for teamwork and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Current CT RN licensure.
• Certification: BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care for an assigned group with continuous cardiac monitoring.
• Use nursing process to assess needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
