Qualifications

• Basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced nursing care to adults and geriatrics with life-threatening illnesses.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Participates in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Assists in planning and supervising support staff.
• Adapts care plan based on patient outcomes and evaluations.
• Maintains professional attitude and excellent customer service.
• May work beyond regular hours or in other units as needed.
