Qualifications

• Successful completion of EKG/arrhythmia exam required by end of orientation.
• EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred, not required.
• Prior EKG or telemetry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides continuous cardiac monitor observation.
• Informs nurses of essential information regarding equipment and patient updates.
• Compiles patient data and reports on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Takes care of monitoring equipment and notifies biomed when service is needed.
