• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and privacy compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling and clerical tasks to support patient care.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry in ICU/CVU and report adverse rhythms to nursing.
• Provide professional communication via phone, email, and written forms.
