Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to obtain and distribute accurate clerical information promptly and confidentially.
• Enter orders accurately into the Hospital Information System in a timely manner.
• Organize medical records from admission to discharge per policy using electronic and paper charts.
• Demonstrate professional, courteous communication via phone, email, and fax.
• Protect patient and colleague records under privacy and confidentiality mandates.
• Accurately capture charges for correct patient billing.
• Proactively expand knowledge and skills to improve performance.
• Monitor telemetry in ICU/CVU and report adverse rhythms.
