Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a committed ICU Technician/Nursing Attendant for a full-time night shift at Columbia University Medical Center. The role focuses on direct patient care, phlebotomy, EKGs, and vital signs monitoring to support bedside nursing teams.

Responsibilities include performing phlebotomy, EKGs, and glucose testing, while collaborating with nurses to ensure high-quality care and patient comfort during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years current Nursing Attendant experience in a health care setting.
• Successful completion of a skills inventory of a Nursing Attendant.
• Recent training and/or experience as a Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician or Medical Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and EKG procedures as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and blood glucose levels.
• Collaborate with nurses and nursing attendants to support patient care.

Salary Range

$29.93-$32.07/Hourly
