Mercy in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams while safeguarding patient rights and confidentiality, upholding Mercy's mission and service standards.

This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for nurses with at least one year of experience and a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio on a higher acuity cardiac and respiratory unit.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state requirements.
• ACLS and BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
