Job summary

Mercy Hospital - Edmond is seeking an experienced registered nurse for our ICU Step Down unit (32 beds) in a high-energy, high-acuity environment. The role supports patients transitioning out of ICU and requiring closer monitoring, with emphasis on neurological, medical, and surgical care within a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center.

This full-time, 36-hour-per-week position offers a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for experienced nurses, benefits, and opportunities to grow with Mercy's innovative

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• BSN preferred but ADN acceptable.
• RN license required and maintained in the hiring state or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-acuity neurological, medical, and surgical patients in a 32-bed ICU Step Down unit.
• Provide care for patients transitioning out of Intensive Care with higher level needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.
