Qualifications

• RN license required (state-moted or compact licensure)
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (RN)
• BSN preferred but ADN acceptable

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed ICU Step Down unit for neuro, medical, and surgical patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional team to deliver high-acuity care.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions and coordinate transitions from ICU as appropriate.
