Mercy Fort Smith is seeking experienced RN professionals to join a growing team. The role utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and coordinate with multiple departments, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.

Eligible applicants may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time or part-time status, relocation assistance, education support, loan forgiveness for new grads, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
