Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU Stepdown for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Night position. The salary range is $45.78 – $82.98 per hour, with pay dependent on experience.

This role is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and may have multiple openings. Provides professional nursing care in alignment with unit standards while supporting a collaborative care team approach with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active license.
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications within 6 months.
• Experience in progressive care/step-down preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to ICU Stepdown patients.
• Document nursing care in the electronic health record.
• Direct and delegate care according to education and competence.
• Participate in policy, quality improvement, and safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
