Job summary

PeaceHealth is seeking a RN - ICU Stepdown for a Part Time, 0.88 FTE, Night position. The salary range is $45.78 – $82.98 per hour, with hiring depending on education, training and experience. This role is represented by a collective bargaining agreement and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Hours: 2000-0630. Provides direct patient care and collaborates with the care team to ensure high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Accredited School of Nursing required; RN licensure.
• BSN preferred; ACLS/NIHSS/BLS credentials desired.
• One year of progressive care/stepdown experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per standards.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.
• Document care; delegate tasks to team members appropriately.
• Support hospital policies, quality and safety initiatives.
