Qualifications

• Advanced Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire date
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date
• RN licensure on Tennessee Board of Nursing or multi-state compact prior to hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports patient safety, comfort, and positive health outcomes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to meet changing needs.
• Communicate patient updates clearly with physicians and the care team to ensure timely decisions and seamless care delivery.
• Coordinate care across disciplines with providers, therapists, and support staff to create a smooth patient experience.
• Guide discharge planning, helping patients and families transition safely from hospital to home or the next level of care.
