Job summary

SOUTHEASTERN MEDICAL CENTER is seeking an experienced ICU Staff RN for a full-time day shift. The nurse will provide comprehensive care across the continuum in a 24/7 ICU setting, following the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, a current Ohio RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Provide professional nursing care according to state nursing standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and revise care plans as needed.
• Participate in process improvement and ensure safety and quality of care.
