Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, examination, and diagnostic data.
• Provide nursing interventions per the Plan of Care and physician plans of care.
• Conduct Hourly Rounds to uphold service excellence, compassion, and respect.
• Contribute to department growth through hospital-system initiatives and Evidence Based Practices.
• Demonstrate ongoing professional growth through goal setting and educational offerings.
