Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Must possess a valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) RN license.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional unit certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on data from history, observation, physical exam, and diagnostics.
• Provide nursing interventions aligned with the Plan of Care and standards of practice.
• Conduct Hourly Rounds to ensure safe and compassionate patient care.

• Contribute to department growth through evidence-based practices and hospital-system initiatives.
