Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State of Indiana
• One (1) or more years hospital staff nursing experience
• Recent experience in ICU
• Current Healthcare BLS and ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation
• Establish a compassionate environment addressing physiological and psychological needs
• Closely monitoring patient status and notifying healthcare team of changes
• Educate patients on procedures and treatments to gain cooperation
