Monroe Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, in Bloomington, IN, is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift clinical duties in a full-time capacity. You will deliver safe patient care, participate in patient/family education, and collaborate with physicians to respond to changes in condition.

This role emphasizes privacy, confidentiality, and high-quality care within a busy ICU environment. Qualified candidates hold an RN license, BLS, ACLS, and prefer Critical Care or CCRN certifications; BSN

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certificate within 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Delivery of safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Communicate with the physician about changes in patient condition including hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostic results.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
