Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an experienced RN for ICU care. You will assess patients, develop and revise care plans, and administer treatments per physician orders. You will educate families, coordinate with the care team, and ensure safety and documentation standards are met.

Minimum 2 years ICU experience required. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Assess patient health status across physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop individualized care plans and adjust as patient needs change.
• Administer medications per physician orders and monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence to care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
