Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO seeks an ICU RN to provide high-acuity patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ICU patient assessments across physiological, psychological, and social factors.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans based on standards and patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence to care plans.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and patient care outcomes.
