Ascension Health's St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI seeks a PRN Registered Nurse for the ICU to deliver individualized patient care and support optimal recovery in a fast-paced environment.

You will document the patient journey with meticulous detail, coordinate all clinical disciplines, and execute physician and nursing orders promptly to maintain safety and treatment adherence, with proactive discharge planning.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification preferred.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.
• RN license issued by Wisconsin Board of Nursing or multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and monitoring of patient care plans in ICU.
• Document patient care journey with meticulous detail and communicate updates.
• Coordinate clinical disciplines for seamless, patient-centered care from admission to discharge.
• Execute physician and nursing orders promptly to uphold safety and adherence.
• Assess discharge needs early and develop comprehensive transition plans.
