Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Current RN License (Missouri or Compact State License)
• Previous ICU, Critical Care, Progressive Care, Stepdown, or Acute Care Experience Preferred
• Strong Critical Thinking and Clinical Assessment Skills
• Excellent Communication and Teamwork Abilities
• Ability to Adapt Quickly in Fast-Paced Clinical Environments

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring critically ill patients.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Managing acute and critical patient situations.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
