Mercy Hospital Washington in Missouri is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN position. You’ll work in a 13-bed ICU with a 6-bed TCU, providing high-quality critical care alongside physicians, therapists, and a collaborative nursing team.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to maintain and expand ICU skills within a supportive environment. Current MO license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Current MO RN License (Missouri or Compact).
• Experience in ICU/Critical Care preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring critically ill patients.
