Job summary

Prime Healthcare, via Monroe Hospital, is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team in Bloomington, Indiana. This per diem role involves delivering safe patient care in the ICU and guiding patient and family education while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License is required.
• BLS certificate must be maintained.
• Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and nursing staff.
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient changes.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
