Job summary

Incredible Health in Burien, WA is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care. The RN will rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor critically ill patients, and manage life-support systems while collaborating with physicians to implement care plans.

Night shift positions are available; job types include full-time, part-time, and per diem. ADN or higher, active RN license, ICU experience, and ACLS are encouraged. Strong communication and problem-solving are valued in this high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
