Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competencies.
• Document learning needs and provide follow-up education.
• Support continuity of care across shifts and units.
