Career Land Center invites an ICU RN to join a facility in Fort Walton Beach, FL, supporting critically ill patients in a center offering advanced stroke and open-heart services.

You will deliver targeted critical care, perform provider-directed procedures, and maintain timely documentation while communicating complex information to patients and families. Night shifts with rotating weekends, competitive benefits, and a sign-on bonus accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year ICU experience preferred; ED or Surgical Floor background considered.
• BLS within 30 days of start.
• ACLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) within 90 days.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, comprehensive critical care.
• Perform provider-ordered procedures and monitor patients.
• Document timely and accurate patient information.
• Communicate complex medical information to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans and quality initiatives.
