Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for a direct placement in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role requires caring for critically ill patients during nights (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with rotating weekends, and allows relocation consideration.

Two+ years ICU experience preferred, with ED or surgical floor backgrounds considered. Listed compensation ranges from $27.72 to $39.60 per hour, plus specialty and night shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (RN)
• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or compact license
• BLS/CPR within 30 days of employment
• ACLS within 90 days of employment
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of employment
• TNCC within six months of employment
• Availability to work nights and rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, report changes promptly.
• Deliver individualized nursing care in collaboration with the team.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies and evaluate responses.
• Support timely interventions during deterioration and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clear handoffs with the team.
• Educate patients and families throughout treatment and recovery.
• Follow safety, infection control, and clinical care procedures.
