Job summary

Sierra Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for full-time night shift. The ideal candidate will provide safe, competent nursing care and lead the healthcare team in alignment with facility policies and patient-centered care.

Requirements include NV RN license, ACLS & BLS, and 1 year full-time or 3 years part-time ICU experience. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current NV RN license.
• ACLS & BLS certificates.
• Prefer 1 year full-time or three years part-time ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Involves patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional needs in care assessment.
• Constructs and implements the plan of care with nursing knowledge.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary plan of care and discharge planning.
• Completes hourly rounds to strengthen communication and safety.
