Job summary

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU, night shift (7pm-7:30am). The role requires ADN, Illinois RN license, and ACLS/BLS certifications. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive compensation range based on experience.

Qualifications

• ADN (Required)
• ACLS within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses and issues.
• Coordinates bed and patient care assignments during shift and in preparation for the next shift.
• Documents care delivered to physicians and team members as needed.
• Provides leadership and supervision to health care team during assigned shift.
• Employs teaching strategies to promote health and safety.
